Planning your wedding is fun. Finding your venue, picking colors, choosing invitations. There is a lot to do and it is fun. Until you try to figure out when you can get the stationery shop to pick up the invitations or you are at your last nerve because RSVPs were due two weeks ago and you said in your FAQs on your website that that would mean it was a no but you think so or so is coming. That’s where the personal assistant package comes in.
As with the coaching package, this one starts with a ‘basics’ meeting where we take a look at your budget and give some guides as how it can be allotted. We’ll also use that meeting to make a check list and to do list as well as a when is it due list to plan errands and time lines. Determining the scope of which errands and duties you’ll need me for are something that will be covered in the free initial meeting so that I may draw up an accurate proposal.
After that, comes the assisting. This includes pick-ups and drop-offs as well as phone calls, setting appointments, and even letting bridesmaids know when dresses are ready if that’s what you need. In addition, I will keep track of RSVPs and hunt down answers when there is not a reply. Package also includes weekly or monthly check-ins via email or phone, 5 hours of consultation (these can be broken up into appointments of 1-2 hours,) and vendor organization. Because everyone’s event needs are different in terms of errands and details, a proposal will be drawn up after a free initial meeting.
